THE SUPRA-SYSTEM FEATURE OF
ENVİRONMENTAL PROBLEMS AND CENTRAL ASIA

ABSTRACT

Especially since 1960 environment and environmental problems are on the agenda of the most countries from developed to developing ones, from western to eastern societies. Environmental problems are one of the most important features of industrial society and relate to both capitalistic and socialist systems or countries.

This article explores the environment and environmental problems that capitalistic and socialist systems or countries have, especially in terms of the problems and results. This article aims to analyze environmental problems related to Central Asia especially in the example of Caspian Sea and Aral Lake. Environmental problems of the New Turkic Republics have been analyzed according to supra-system feature of environment problems.
