Cafer Çelebi, the author of the famous poem Heves-name, in which Þeyhi and Ahmet Paþa the promoters of Ottoman poetry, are criticized very heavily. Cafer Çelebi’s criticism has caused an extensive reaction during his life and in our literature books today.
