The system of three Juzes is one of the most important subjects in Kazakh history. The system has been used up to now and this peculiarity makes this subject more interesting. The origin of the Juz system goes back to ancient times. For this reason there are more legendary stories than written documents about this subject. While we were studying on this subject we used modern researches in addition to legendary and written documents to put forward the most realistic point of view. Some of the historians pretend that this system appeared as a conformity of people with nature and it is fundamentally based on their beliefs and developed as a necessity of nomadic life style. |
