Altought Turkey's economic and commercial relations with Turkish Republics and societies have increased to a great volume, there have been same serious problems with the goods and services provided for circulation, especially with the quality, standard and post-sale warranties (warranty sertificate, warranty period, service after the sale, spare parts, etc.). The basıc reason of this the fact that both Turkey and Turkish Republics have not been able to develop the required infrastructure integratively as far as the consumer care conserned. It has beeen proved in various studies that Turkey failed to maintain its relative commercial superiorities which it obtained at the beginning against its rivals who are attentive and very careful about consumer preferences; furhermore, these studies also proved that the Turkish goverments and societies which have had some commercial business relations with Turkey failed to improve relations reliably. In this article, emphaised that it is vitally important establish a system which is to consolidate the quality, standart and consumer care activities between countries and societies and based on this system the commercial and economic relations should be improved. It has also been argued what Turkey can do from the standpoint of the regulations as to the consumer care. Another important issue which has been touched upon in this article is that improving the consumer care, quality and warrant system for the goods and services between Turkish governments and societies will undoubtdely gain importance and effect relations not only between Turkey and Turkish Rupeblics but also in the international arena as a competation factor.
