A Divan Poet From Eski Zağra: Handî and His Divançe |

Abstrac: This essay is written about artistic aspect, collected poems and life of an artist, Handî, who lived in the middle of 19 th. Century and was born in Eski Zağra, one of the cultral centrum of Ottoman Empire. So, some new information about a poet, whose name was not mentioned in literature history and in some bibliographies, and also the places in which he was located with different couses, were presented to the science world. Thus, some explanatory information were given before passing, to investigations related to poet's life and art. Key words: Eski Zağra, Handî, divançe, divan poenty
