Prof. Dr. Cihangir DOŠAN Abstract: The Turkish Republic is one of the most important countries because of its historical past and lie strategical position, and has been the center of conflicts among the world's super powered countries; politically, culturally and economically. Because of all these reasons, Turkey has always been exposed to the interial and exterial threats. It's obvious that Turkey is also in capable of changing the world polls if it gets strong enough politically and economically. The country that has always been busy with interial and exterial threats-Turkey- It has been in behalf of only other countries not Turkey. It is known that a strong country need three main factors to be regarded as a strong country; of those politic, economic and culture. Of one of those factors being ebsent, it's difficult to preserve the copletion of the country. The unity of culture is the completion of the other two factors; politic and economic unity. The attacks that have been to the cultural values indicates the importance of the subject. Communication, has always been important very much everywhere and every period. Thus, communication and transportation means have been the societies vessels conveying blood. Key words: Culture, media, communication
