ABSTRACT
Musa Carullah Bigiyef a modernist, nationaList,
research scientist of Turkish-Islamic World.
He had Lived in a problematic period
for Turkish Communities within Russia, he had continued to defend his ideas and
bLiefs in so many countries outside of Russia.
Besides his ideological, nationaList
and political activities, he had written 120 books and so many articles
in a variety of islamic subjects. He did not intended to reject previous views
compLeteLy but critisized them scientificadLy.
In this paper, Bigiyef s life,
ideodogy and his struggle along this Line is summarised.
